Craft #001 - White Boxes

In our bedroom we have these little white Ikea boxes, they are great they hold all our bits and pieces so they are not on show.

I felt they were a bit plain and boring so I decided to cover them in photos from our trip to America in 2011.

I love having photos on show, I like looking at them and smiling and remembering the good times we had.

I would love to see the interesting ways you show photos.

Primark Splurge

I don't often shop anywhere but Charity Shops but this weekend I visited a 3 floored Primark (amazing I know) and went a little crazy.

This is what I bought...

1. Minnie Mouse Graphic Tee - I found this in the PJ's section but I love it enough to wear it out and about. I love all things Disney so this slouchy T-shirt was a definite must buy!

2. High-Low skirt - I love this burgundy colour and that it sweeps over the front and not just a straight cut.

3. Blouse - This blouse has the same print as the Willow Pattern plates and I love it. I do love a good blouse.

4. Skater Skirt - This is very fun to spin in, it is short and girly and looks really nice with the Blouse. It is a similar shade to the high-low skirt but a little bit darker.

5. Blue Top - This is so comfy, it feels quite like a towel. I bought it in a bigger size so that it is slouchy, it is going to look great in the spring/summer.

6. Skull Vest Top - This vest top has tiny skull studs, adding a little bit of rock to my wardrobe! it has low cut sides so I am going to wear mine with a vest top underneath. What ever makes you feel comfortable.

New purse, my old lovely purse broke!!! Sad Times. I like purses to be simple and not too busy with added bits. This is why I love this one, black and simple.

Earrings, I love the colour of these earrings, I have a pair very similar but with a blue stone which I wear a lot so I defiantly think these will get used a lot!

This belt looks really nice with the two skirts I bought which is always good. I don't have many black belts and I thought it was about time to purchase one.

I do not have much luck with bags! I go through a lot, my Father thinks I carry too much, BUT everything I carry is necessary he just doesn't understand because everything he needs fits into his pockets! I really like this bag, it is a neutral tone and has little gold studs. Hopefully this one lasts longer than the previous.

And Finally.....

I have seen a few people with this necklace and I really wanted one, and at last I found one in Primark wooooooo! I love it!!

So this is my Primark Splurge, a lot I know but I was in need of a few essentials. I also bought socks, tights and underwear. ESSENTIALS!! Let me know what you think of what I bought and please do let me know if you found any good purchases in Primark lately.

February's Glossy Box

This month I signed up to Glossy Box. If you have not heard of them before look them up they are great www.glossybox.co.uk. Every month they send you a little box full of beauty treats, it is a great way to try new things and explore different brands.

This was February's box of love!

Voulez-Vous
This was the first item that caught my eye, purely for its funny triangular shape. This is a warming body oil by Voulez.Vous, it is supposed to make the skin smoother and relax your muscles, sounds perfect! It comes in a variety of flavours and I was lucky enough to get Mojito. Looking forward to using this, my fiance has already called first try.

Fat Cat Mascara
This mascara from MEMEME Cosmetics, aims to create lashes full of volume. I have used this product and didn't find it created volume but my lashes do look very nice and separated no mascara clumps which I hate.

HelenE Lipstick
I love this lipstick! It is creamy, moisturising and an amazing colour. I got the colour 'Caribbean' and I am defiantly going to invest in some other colours. Bravo HelenE!!

Micabella Blush
I have not used this product yet but I am looking forward to as the colour is great. The product is 100% natural mica (a crystal like mineral) and has SPF15, what a bonus.

Narciso Rodriguez
This smells AMAZING I am defiantly going to purchase this scent when my current one comes to an end.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this months Glossy Box and can not wait for next months!

Am I the only one?

In the last week I have had a real need to watch Grease 2.

What I soon found out is that I am the only Grease 2 fan. My Fiance refuses to watch it with me even though he has never seen it before purely because it is a "2" movie, what does that even mean?

I thought I would treat myself and buy it on DVD but to my surprise the shop I went into to purchase the DVD did not have it!

Okay I know that it is not as good as the classic Grease but it is a good movie in its own right, I feel everyone should appreciate the movie and give it a chance. There are loads of good songs that will get stuck in your head for days.

If you are a Grease 2 fan please let me know, as I am surely not the only fan out there.
